On the main
cemetery of Babenhausen there is a cemetery with war victims. There are also
soldiers buried who fell in the last days of the war near Babenhausen. The
picture shows one of the graves for unknown soldiers. Both fell on 25 March
1945 - the day on which the region was liberated from Nazi rule by American
troops.
